I am a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists with eight years experience in Complementary Therapies. I trained and qualified at the acclaimed Holistic Training Centre in Southampton under the direction of Helen McGuinness, author of many books on complementary therapies. Also Fiona Johnson, a Reflexologist outstanding in her field.

I perfected my skills on Indian Head Massage as a pupil of Colonel, Mahendra Pratap Choudhary, a healer in India, who taught me techniques which add to a greater sense of well being.
